Jam Loops in A minor

Beginners – play a scale in one of the keys listed, and then try playing it again in time with the jam track / practice loop. Now begin playing the notes in a slightly different order. If you are doing this, then you have taken the first steps to soloing. See the Lessons page to see videos of this technique.

A minor Practice Loops

These tracks are designed to be used when playing scales and solos based on a particular scale. Using a scale chart, learn one or more of the different positions. When you feel ready, start playing in different orders and patterns, and before you know it, you’ll be improvising solos.
